Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Thar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. His father taught him the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
