History: Abad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Tanner. She has achieved small success as a Tanner.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His white crest is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are red and beady.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Râsh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Heian is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Heian was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Stableman. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels kind of lost in life
