He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dragonborn artifacts is his passion; and a deep hatred of dire rats

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Riardon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Eran was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Verna fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she wants revenge against dire rats

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She is a Deep Scion in disguise. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she's looking for her big break

History: She was born in the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
