History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Raymond fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Laborer. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: Meriele was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Meriele grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Meriele. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Smoking grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Theren was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Theren decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has achieved small success as a Miner.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Vilberg was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Vilberg's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
