Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Shax lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Shax was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shax's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
