Description: She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She carries with her a set of longswords, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her fur, while still mostly gray, has prominent grey streaks. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Cask was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Geoffrey lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and doesn't want to be a sellsword and was forced into it by his family

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears tattered old clothes. He has wavy silver hair. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Uthemar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. This gold eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 71. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: She is a Slaad in disguise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. Her crest is rusty and very short. Her eyes are a pleasant gold.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to end her boredom

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: She got into the Guard business at a young age. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is her passion

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. Vonana is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a animal trainer and was forced into it by her family
