Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, John embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. John was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mason. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. She wears a small hat to hide her balding. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gray eyes.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Sarai's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sarai was born the youngest of three triplets. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has worked as a Spice Merchant like her father before her.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and sabotage a competitor
