History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born in the east to a Bricklayer, Joan learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Doctor, but she got bored and became a Bricklayer. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bricklayer.
