Personality: He is fixated on the number 26. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. A true patriot, Halander would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Halander reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Althaea was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Glassblower.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Tagga took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up lance and armor she uses now. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: She got into the Carter business at a young age. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Hunter, but he got bored and became a Jeweler. He has worked as a Jeweler like his mother before him.
