Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Born to a Shoemaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her brown robe. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her black hair is cut short. Her ears are large.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Nurkara was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Miller. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: She prefers to wear green clothing when she does not wear armor. Her purple hair is heavily combed to the left. Her half smiles and white eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she feels threatened by others

Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Bookbinder kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and a rival would like her out of the picture

History: Direcris was born the youngest of three triplets. Direcris abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Herbalist.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Farmer. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
