Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He became a Carter soon after.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears bulky green painted plate armor. Her silver hair is heavily combed to the left. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Born in the north to a Performer, Beleth learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He dresses well, wearing red shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'2" when asserting himself. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Gifted from a young age, Radomir studied abroad. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Gifted from a young age, Kipper studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Kipper took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His beige fur is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are yellow.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born in a small forest village. Elegant liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and she perpetually has her scythe ready. Her fur is red, silky, and of moderate length. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Pelt was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pelt fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Finellen was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.
