History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: She got into the Mercenary business at a young age. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. During her travels, Lilith and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Lilith discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Lilith fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
