History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Nala and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in the west to a Map Maker, Elysande learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Map Maker and found it very stressful. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Map Maker and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kelter grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Kelter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
