Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Lilith was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Qualen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Qualen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a crush on the local servant

He has moderate length golden hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Kyle lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Armorer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to be a navigator again

History: Nella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Junk Dealer, but she got bored and became a Blacksmith. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Nella was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to be a junk dealer again

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and many orcs want her driven away

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
