History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Fistula is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: The child of a Barkeep, who enjoyed hunting, Windy was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained.
