History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Carpenter, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Nedda is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and doesn't want to be a spice merchant and was forced into it by her family
