Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The war was a terrible time for her, and Jarana does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Jarana reached her early adolescence her Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She tends to her Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Engraver responsibilities is difficult; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Outside of the suit she wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She has wavy white hair. She has amber eyes and a grey hat with a yellow feather.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 31. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a black armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down and is in decent physical shape. She wears a top hat to cover her moderate length scarlet crest. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Daar was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Daar was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Daar's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Mormo embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
