Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: He hates Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Raer liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Slave Trader, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Courier.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the east to a Map Maker, Sekhmet learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Sekhmet grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Sekhmet. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
