His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
