History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born in the west. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time, and he perpetually has his axe ready. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Varis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She worked as a nervous Mercenary and found it very stressful. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Ralf liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
