She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born into a rich family. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Riardon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Skirt has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Uthemar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
