History: Fax lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

Motivation: To be a Baker again.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: He was born in the north. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner.
