She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across
History: Farideh was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arannis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

He prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available he will default to his sai, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'4" when asserting himself. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Ruler who has hired her part-time. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Kelter and his spouse have recently divorced.
