History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Mary liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Through the years after Dalaba was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Dalaba's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
