Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears tattered old clothes. She has dyed her greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She uses divination through singing.
History: Born in the west to a Guard, Phelaia learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To be a Herbalist again.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a black coat with tan slacks. Her hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Her red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She was raised in a plains tribe. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She bought a axe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and revenge

Description: This dark-skinned male prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has styled his white hair well, parting it to the left. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and obtaining odd cultural dwarven artifacts is his passion

Description: An older man who wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, he is not a threatening figure. His beige fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Scribe but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he's looking for his big break

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. She typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. She has a hunchback. She keeps her auburn hair in a flapper bob. She has brown eyes.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heather grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heather. Being a Ploughman kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Taklinn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She has achieved small success as a Shepherd.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Dustin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.
