History: Mara lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. The war was a terrible time for him, and Eberdeb does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Eberdeb hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he feels kind of lost in life
