History: Cloak was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Eggren began to lead the lost caravan. She now owns her own business.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Hupe hails from a village terrorized by illithids. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he wants revenge against illithids

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zephan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. A freak accident while working with her Locksmith father left her crippled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a simple tan robe with yellow stripes complete with hood. His brown hair is braided into rings. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a Stylist, his father struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. She has achieved small success as a Guard.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
