History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Carter for the past few years.

She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
