Description: An older man who is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alvyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alvyn. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'7" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is dressed in an above average manner. Her hair is black and curly. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep black.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Elizabeth abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She is an average looking eastern female in her early mid-life. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has done her best to style her bronze crest to look like a famous performer. Her gold eyes peer out from beneath her broad green hat.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Pikar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Pikar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She tends to wear a yellow poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her silver hair is still thick. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born in a small desert village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Millicent took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor she uses now. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has money and likes to spend it

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her golden hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to raise her children well
