History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: An older man who wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with white colored cloaks and clothing, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He takes great joy in being the best Bellfounder in town.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His childhood dream was to be a Barkeep, but he was a colossal failure. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Shipwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has achieved small success as a Shipwright.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and is pretty ugly. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the right. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Adam isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adam does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Kite will drive conversation. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Crown-heir for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: She wears a green armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her crest is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Doudra speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Doudra lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.
