As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Ruler business.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Dyer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Azzakh enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
