Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. After coming to the age of reason, Althaea took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
