Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Through the years after Kaladan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kaladan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Kaladan and his spouse have recently divorced.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Uraim was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Uraim decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
