Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Hamil was born with his father's beautiful face. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
