History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Dilettante. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Chem was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Chem was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Chem decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
