Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sculptor. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student she started as a Brewer, but she got bored and became a Detective. After a long history of fighting, Theirastra and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She wears white trousers with pastel and brown striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She has dyed her greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered illithids who tried to eat her hand. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

History: Born in the south to a Detective, Seven learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Masseuse, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Masseuse, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: Her skin is bronze and flawless. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She is an epitome of beauty. She keeps her long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. During her travels, Symma and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Symma discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Symma fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: This slender man stands about 6'6". He is dressed in an above average manner. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gnarsh is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At some point he was captured by goblins and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
