Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Geoffrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

History: Biri lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. After a long history of fighting, Biri and her spouse have recently divorced.
