Description: An older man who wears an entirely white suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Malmûg was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Malmûg decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The war was a terrible time for her, and Bardryn does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. After a long history of fighting, Bardryn and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
