History: He was born in the south. After coming to the age of reason, Gardain took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Dilettante. She became a Dilettante soon after.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Randal was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has worked as a Painter like her mother before her.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to clean up the streets

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her brown robe. Her chestnut hair is knotted and matted. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Tiaathque was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tiaathque fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: She is a Dilettante first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but she was a colossal failure. She's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and balancing her hectic life and new dilettante responsibilities is difficult
