Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a worn and beaten armor. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her silver hair is still thick. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Luthra isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Architect business.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Description: She is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'3" when asserting herself. She keeps her long white hair kept up in a rat tail. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Born to a Bookbinder, her father struggled to pay the bills. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in glaive use. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Interpreter for hire.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Pyntle was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
