Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Fragrant will drive conversation. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Fragrant hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Fragrant was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Traulam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the south to a Layabout, Sammal learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
