History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Lagazi hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Lagazi was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Adventurer. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Expand her business; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Immeral enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Sellsword job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
