Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Joan grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion; and to share knowledge with the world

He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Born in the east to a Server, Kathra learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Burto was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Butcher. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is unsatisfied with his job
