Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

History: Kelter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sculptor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sculptor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Sculptor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
