History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her childhood dream was to be a Bellfounder, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Oppah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His first spouse was a Spice Merchant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Being a Courier kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
