Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Interpreter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quespa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Ielenia was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Laborer again.

History: Born to a Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. After coming to the age of reason, Thradal took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Tervaround abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Tanner, but he got bored and became a Mortician. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mortician for hire.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and revenge

History: She comes from a rich western family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a Bather, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Born in the south to a Laborer, Therai learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Laborer and found it very stressful. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
