History: Emma was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: He dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He carries with him a set of falchions on his belt, each one with a opal on the hilt. His red crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Mreksh hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mreksh fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She is mildly Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: Jarsali was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are likewise brown.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Locksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
