Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sumnes embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She uses divination through singing.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He sports violet clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Doctor, his father struggled to pay the bills. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cook. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Brakka was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He wears a violet vest and prefers white and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly quarterstaffs and rapiers. His tied-back hair is auburn. His ears are large.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Korfel is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Korfel was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Korfel decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Avice was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mehen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mehen. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
