History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Shanairla was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
