History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is a Painter first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vola does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Vola was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her childhood dream was to be a Blacksmith, but she was a colossal failure. She tends to her Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Duvamil was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Duvamil's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Cressel lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
